  • Including fibers in your meal as a base with starchy carbohydrates:-

 Starchy carbohydrates are responsible for providing the energy but one needs to ensure their intake and therefore make sure that this should not be more than just a third of the food one intake. One should choose a high fiber diet in their diet. Also one starchy food should always be in their diet the entire day.

  • Emphasis more on eating lots of fruits and vegetables:-

As per the proper balanced diet schedule one should intake at least five portions of a variety of fruits and vegetables in a day for one to fulfill all the requirements of vitamins and minerals needed in the body. 

  • Eat fishes including a portion of some oily fish:-

Fish is a source which contains high amounts of proteins, vitamins and minerals. Fish also contain high levels of omega-3. Therefore, one should try to consume at least one fish within a week.

  • Have a proper cut down on the fat and saturated sugar:-

The type of fat one is intake plays an important role and one needs to take special care towards it. Usually there are two types of fat: saturated fats and unsaturated fats.

Therefore, a person should limit the intake of saturated fat in their body as too much saturated fat can take your body towards the concern of cholesterol.

  • Control your salt and sugar intake:-

Sugar intake and salt intake in excessive quantities can harm the body and therefore, both the food substances should have limited intake in the body. It has been said that a person should not intake more than 6 mg of salt everyday in their diet and also a person should take a quick exit from carbonated sugar drinks.

  • Stay active and work towards achieving healthy weight:-

One should make a routine of regular workout and balanced diet in order to keep themselves active and have perfect healthy body weight.

  • Drink plenty of water:- 

Water is an essential element which has been required for maintaining the oxygen levels and keeping yourself hydrated throughout the day.

  • No skipping of Breakfast:-

         We should never skip breakfast as breakfast is a key for a healthy body and one should ensure that they never skip breakfast rather they should make sure that their breakfast intake by them should be high in fiber.
