 1/2 c. grapefruit juice (Freshly squeezed)

 

1 tbsp. Maple syrup

 

1 1/2 oz. Old Forester 1920

 

Sparkling Water 

 

Recipe

 

On a flat plate, place some salt. Dip a 12-ounce glass rim into the water and then into the salt. Add ice to the glass and top it with grapefruit juice, pure syrup, and old forester; stir to blend. Cover with sparkling water and apply grapefruit wedges to garnish.

 

4. Minty Mash

Ingredients Needed

 

1 oz. bourbon

 

1/4 oz. simple syrup

 

3 - 5 mint leaves (finely chopped)

2 - parts wine (Any brand of your choice)

 

Splash lime juice

 

Pieces of cherries or strawberries

 

Recipe

 

Mix the wine along with a shot of lime juice. Add lime wedges and cherries or strawberries to garnish.

 

6. Peachy Gingery Soda

 

Ingredients Needed

 

1 c. sugar

 

2 or 3 tbsp. minced fresh ginger

 

2 - peaches (ripped ones are the best)

 

2 c. soda

 

Some fresh mint leaves

 

Recipe

 

Put 1 cup of water, sugar, and ginger in a medium saucepan over medium-low heat and boil gently, stirring to dissolve the sugar. For around 30 minutes, extract the simple syrup, cover, and steep. Pour syrup through a fine-mesh sieve over a medium dish, pressing the minced ginger against the mesh, or the sieve will remove its intense flavor. Dispose of ginger. Cover the bowl using plastic wrap and refrigerate until well cooled. Distribute peach slices equally through 8 large glasses. Push the peaches gently with the back of a wooden spoon and add the soda. 

 

7. Rosemary Honey Cocktail

 

Ingredients Needed

 

Some fresh rosemary leaves

 

1/2 c. sugar

 

1 c. Honey

 

2 c. rum

 

1 c. lemon juice

 

Recipe

 

Bring 2 2/3 cups of water and rosemary leaves to a boil in a medium pot. Boil the mixture for a minute and keep it aside for at least 20 minutes before the water cools to room temperature. Discard the leaves of rosemary and drain the flavored water into two trays of ice cubes and freeze. In a little, shallow bowl, put the sugar. Coat eight 8-ounce tumbler’s rim with honey immediately and press the edges into the sugar to coat them. Pour into prepared glasses with the help of a  strainer; discard frost. Garnish with a few rosemary sprigs and serve immediately.
